Our fraternidad is composed of 4 floors, divided into 4 flats (named PICA, TREBOL, DIAMANTE and CORAZÓN). In total there are 29 rooms totally soundproofed by the noise and by the outside climate (double glazing) so that neither your rest, nor your studies are disrupted by the noise of this always livened up city.

In this fraternity, there are also common areas (JOKER) consisting of our big living room of more than 45m², situated on the 1st floor, where a multitude of events and activities will take place; the rooftop of the terrace chill-out with the best views of the city (Salvador, the Cathedral) and our swimming pool with a solarium, where you can relax and better bear the days of big heat in Seville.

By the way, there is an elevator which serves every floor, so that you are not annoyed to rise with your suitcases or your shopping.
